Matias is an independent business economic advisor, focusing on the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Previously, he was responsible of development in Latin America for VINCI Construction Grands Projets.

He was at the Board of Directors of several construction projects, like highway Via 40 Express in Colombia, highway Lima Expresa in Peru, Santiago International Airport, Access Tunnels El Teniente Mine and highway Ruta del Canal in Chile.

Matias is an Economist and MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
